Regenerating special ammo shouldn't happen in PvP. Ice Breaker during the Crota raid was great with regenerating ammo but in PvP it makes the special ammo nerf pointless. Just as we will have Ice Breaker replace 1k stare for snipers, so will Invective replace matador for shottie players. I'm also guessing that we will start to see a lot more NLB and Universal Remote kills. Ammo isn't the problem as much as the Aim Assist, Accuracy and Jug nerfs. This patch should differentiate the good players from the crutch players. The sign of a good shottie/sniper player is that when they switch to a primary they still melt you.
