Hand Cannons with Rifled Barrel
The entire community has been asking for changes to hand cannons so that there are other perk options down the middle besides Rifled Barrel.
The only thing the 2.5.0.2 did was enforce that Rifled Barrel is an absolute necessity.

Hand cannons needed a 5 meter range buff. Instead they got a 5 meter range NERF. lol vintage Bungie.
