Maybe it's just as bad as Ice Breaker's drop rate. If so, it might need some balancing/tweaking. Bump so others can see and take the poll themselves. This will lead to more accurate results. [b][i][u]Edit[/u][/i][/b] After reading some comments, 7% does seem quite high. In fact, it seems like this drop rate is under 2%.
