(Opinion) Do you think special weapons need to be re-evaluated for the Crucible?
I made this video talking about fixing the current situation with special weapons, specifically shotguns. I DON'T want anything nerfed or buffed, but just tweaked enough to allow primaries to make a comeback. After receiving my first Matador for year 3, I decided to see what makes this weapon more preferable over the other specials in the Crucible.
I'm open to honest opinions, and please make this a fair discussion. If you're just here to bash on those who have always had a problem with specials, whatever class of weapon it may be, then turn away now. This is an open discussion to address the elephant(s) in the room.
Arguments should be open to everyone. Play nice, and enjoy what I have to say about the current state of special weapons.

2 RepliesThose guys in that clip were either half life when you shot them with it or just played badly. Take a closer look. I'm not saying matador isn't op, I'm just saying theres nothing wrong with the clip. You rushed them at the right time with a shotgun. Really that second hunter that ran infront of you should of seen you and shot you. He ran right behind the guy you was about to shoot anyway. The only guy you kill with full life was the guy that you barrol stuffed. The guy after that took a matador to the face at close range before you finished him with prime. Tbh it's primaries that need a buff to counter a shotgun rusher. Shotguns are meant to rip people apart at the ranges you see in the video. All of them was close range and some enemies was damaged. If shotguns don't OHK, ever, then they will never get used. Then it will be back to everyone using snipers and the meta starts again. I wouldn't mind that meta tbh. I love snipers, but the meta is just shotguns, so I'm using a shotgun, lol.
