If your codes are expired, then you're out of luck for the most part. The person who sold you the item should have informed you about the codes either directly or in the item posting.
If you purchased it from a retailer, then you'll need to discuss it with the retailer. If you purchased it from an individual, then you'll need to discuss it with that individual. If you purchased it from an individual through a selling sight like Ebay or the like, then you may want to involve that site's customer support when talking with the individual.
Neither Bungie nor Sony/PSN will be able to help you with the issue in the least, sadly.
