"DO YOU LIKE IT BETTER WHEN LORD SALADIN OVERSEES THESE MATCHES? DO I LOOK LIKE I CARE?" -- Lord Shaxx I think Shaxx cares more in that quote than Bungie cares about its solo players. Hi I'm pmbball87, a proud, well, not so proud, destiny solo player. I've been playing for quite a while now, and I feel more and more forgotten by Bungie. This past week, Bungie talked about how the cruicible matchmaking works. In the last question, the question was like, "why can't I relax and enjoy destiny cruicible with my friends?"or something like that. The answer was dumber than kings fall. To sum that response up, it basically said, "play private matches." Well, in case you didn't know, Bungie, people play destiny as a solo player. I now sit and wait, for both a shotgun nerf (that's another post) and the removal of sbmm. I want to have fun in the cruicible, not be forced to use a shotgun and a clever dragon if I want to win. Paint this picture: I'm getting on destiny, solo, and I want to use vex mythoclast and immobius. I fly into my clash game (armor of light is op), and I spawn in, and I see the rest of my team holding clever dragons/grasps and one lonely nlb, ooh, and a vex(that's me). I spawn in, run to the middle of the black shield map and instantly get one shotted by some matador. I'm thinking, "ok, well that hurt." Spawn in again, run with my team, and three bursted by a clever dragon. This then continues with the addition of a few storm-callers and rockets. I then finally get my bubble! I pop said bubble, shut down a hammers with a suppresser grenade, kill him with my immobius, and see a Titan with a dumb blue shield running at my bubble. The Titan with that blue shield is suppressed by my other suppresser grenade, and killed by my vex. Those were the only two kills of this game for me. I finish 2/16, the worst I have ever played. That wasn't the only game I played like that, but I'm not gonna talk about any more Matadors and redbars. I think I forgot to mention those, oops, well, they were part of that game too. How does this have to do with sbmm? Simple, if sbmm was replaced with cbmm, then the redbars are gone, I'll probably be able to kill a few more people with my terrible guns. How does this relate to me being a solo player that's been forgotten? If I want to have fun as a solo player and "relax in the cruicible," then how should I go about that. I don't consider being melted by clever dragons and Matadors relaxing. And solo private matches are very boring and dumb. Now, I know many people will be saying, "git good" and, "stop whining," but try being in my shoes, or some other solo player out there that's mad at the cruicible. TLDR: Bungie has forgotten solo players, and sbmm has made it even worse if they just want to have fun in cruicible. I don't want to hear a bunch of "git good"s and "stop whining"s. Just leave down below if you think sbmm should be removed, or if you think Bungie has forgotten it's solo players.
