I'm surprised no1 remembers this. But in early year 2, they actually had a patch stating "they noticed how game kicks you out the menu, and we wanted to address that" it worked well for 2 Months, a few patches later, went back to the way it was -_- Step forward, 5 steps backwards, that's what they have always been doing. But yea if you do a little research and check old patch notes you'll see they actually supposedly fixed it.
