New Frame (Robot) In The Tower!?!
Ok, if I've missed this guy I apologize and I'll edit my shame in later.
Right next to the "big black door" across from The Speaker that Xur can be located at, there's a frame I've never seen.
It has a red light face that lights up as it talks, recognizes guardians by class, and has some mysterious lines, like it is talking/listening to someone via radio.
