CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT FOR ODST OWNERS?BUYERS
I have wrote up a case of damages done by bungie that I will file in king county court on monday. It states that bungie included the beta for reach in the purcheses of ODST. Anyone who spent $60 dollars and didnt get the access to the beta when it came out( 4/29/2010 )desirves a refund of some degree. Join me I will pay for the hole thing I just need signtures for the final report so we know how many people they owe.

First of all it was a joke. Second there is grounds for a CIVIL CASE, you know the one OJ lost all his money in. All you have to do is prove they mislead you into buying odst. Thats it! I think we could prove that even with bungies high dollar attorney. Could you see him arguing over the ad's they had for odst. Every one ended with... this is how you get the reach beta. Im pissed yes Just like every year and a half when a company in my state, county, city that im loyal to poops on me. Thanks again

Is the OP for real, Im mean I have read some things but, just wow. Its a beta many's a developer don't even give access to one but Bungie was generous enough to and you try to throw this crap at them? ODST was a great game I enjoyed it and I bought it for the game itself, the beta invite is an nice bonus as where the map packs. So your trying to sue over a kind offer? Grow up.

It was a bonus. Like Sargent Johnson. Do you really think that you can sue a multibillion dollar company for not giving you what you want, which they have a right to do because of the fact that are not obligated to provide you with anything but your copy of ODST. Congrats, you and everybody else have made a great gift from Bungie into nightmare. You have punished people for being nice. I haven't lost faith in Bungie, I lost faith in the Reach Community this week though.

Wow, this will totally not work at all. I'm pretty sure that when you bought ODST, you realized that you will, for certain, be able to download and play it on May 3rd. That was the official date. These are just "early access codes". You will only be able to even stand a chance with these guys if you were, by some strange cataclysmic turn of events at Bungie or Microsoft HQ, unable to download or enjoy the beta through ODST on the 3rd of May.

I'm afraid you're mistaken. Bungie said ODST would include access to the Public Beta. They didn't say they would allow you to get onto the beta, while it was still private, and the second it went online. Also, why? Jeez. Do something other than sulking on a friday night, you might find that there are more important things than Video Games.
