Hi, Purchasing any bundle that includes the base Destiny game digitally will just add the license for the base game to your account and will allow you to play without a disc. (I did this myself a while back). I would always verify (just in case), that whatever bundle you are looking to purchase includes the base Destiny game and not just DLCs as some bundles are.
