Try using a computer mouse with your left hand for a day. Yes it's doable, but I'm guessing it would feel awkward. That would help give you a sense of how it would help. There are challenges that lefties face every day that right handed folks wouldn't even think about just because most tools and furniture and computers etc. are built with the right handed in mind. You simply don't realize how this fact challenges lefties every day. That's not to say you all (or many of you) aren't sympathetic, I just mean that things you wouldn't even think of are things lefties have to do differently because of how common items are designed. Writing in a spiral bound notebook for instance. It's awkward for us. Thank you for realizing though that this is a quality of life issue, and things like this and the changes they made for color blind folks and other such things do make the game more accessible to more people. And, as I say, it is an accessibility issue. We can still play with the current layout sure, but it feels awkward.
