I also contacted Amazon. Will update if I hear back from them. Hope bungie actually addresses this.

I got an email a couple hours ago from Amazon saying even tho it wasn't part of their preorder bonuses they were able to obtain and provide codes for it. Check your emails! So glad Amazon & Bungie found a way to make this right.
