I've noticed that lately as well. I seem to die from misadventures and am left scratching my head wondering what happened.

Damn, if you one shot yourself with the Ace of Spades on a ricochet, that things op. Lol! But seriously, I was raiding with some friends last night and several of us were constantly dying from unexplained misadventures during the Warpriest battle. We finally got it but it was confusing to say the least.
