That's where you take an event Arceus to the Sinjoh Ruins, and with the help of Unown you create an egg that hatches into either Dialga, Palkia or Giratina. Shame the eggs becane redunent duering gen 5 (i.e the special moves they learnt) technically this had to be done by hacking in an azure flute, as the item was never distrabuted like it was. The sinjo ruins had to be triggered by one caught in the azure flute summon. Technically speaking, this is technical cut content, meaning we shouldnt really take it into account

That's exactly what I'm referring to. Also in the anime Palkia and Dialga fight and during this they are destroying spacetime, but also Unknown are being flown about randomly for no reason. Arceus' description is that he made the world with his 1000 arms, and this could be relating to the unknown and not actual arms. They could be what bind reality and explain why they are flying everywhere during the anime. Oh and that the unknown are described to have reality bending abilities

Yes I know that. But that's because they were lit in the first place by their parent Charizard. The theory is that Cubones are the result when an adult charizard protecting its next is killed and when the charmander is born it wears the mask of its mother(hence the skull) and because it never got the fire it doesn't require it to live anymore. Hence this also means without the organs that keep the fire lit would never develop and its pigment would be lighter, hence the lighter color. Just a theory, a pretty grim one but it has some evidence

If this wasn't known, it would be a somewhat good theory you have there. Also the reset theory is broken by npcs in serveral games, most notably the ex grunts in b/w, and a rather clear sighting of (ex) team plasma colress in the s/m trailer (lets face it people, versify broke it down to the bone, and the fact that he seems to want to research pokemon after helps). Edit. Last bit, im afraid there are too many holes for this old expert. Hopefully pt 3 patches these, otherwise some of my life was wasted.

Also on the charmander thing it's never stated whether it's there during it's time in the womb/egg/wherever that it grows it's flame or that the parent does.

You do bring up some important points that are good counters. And Hopefully part 3 does. Either way I think It's still very interesting. I still don't think Pokémon may not do this but everything with the alchemic symbols I'm convinced are true. The resetting and that they will actually connect everything with a crazy story in the new game, is to be honest pretty unlikely.
