I know that 99% of the comunity doesn't care because they have a ps4 or a XBOX one. But since i only own a legacy console, i will never be able to get some items (shaders, emblems, etc), so can i get those items from NPC's? It will be way better that a useless NPC in the queen's social area, or a part of the tower that is blocked with no one there. I don't care if they are expensive (glimmer, motes) as long as i can have them. I really want the scarab hearth emblem. And no, i don't feel like buying a next gen console.
