Mine worked fine. I downloaded, went to games & apps, went to manage game on Destiny and both Rise of Iron and the Gjallarhorn bundle were there ready to install

That gives me a bit of hope then. Still interesting that they don't show up until after you download but as long as they're there then that's what counts I suppose.
