Okay, I have been looking for a warsat for a day now, and only one has spawned for me on the Moon. I have tried the website AND the app but both don't work AT ALL. I have noticed that it isn't even the warsat public events, but just public events in general. If you could increase the frequency of public events substantially then there would not be a dull moment in when you are patrolling planets/areas. Please bring this to the attention of Bungie.
