[/quote] proracer I agree with you 1000% The hard issue here is that this dumb @ZZ has no idea what he is talking about. I took some training free classes of Disaster Preparedness. The fact is I trained through FEMA and that there never was it teaching about terrorist attacks. I think that goat needs to research of how to tell the difference between attacks & disasters. At the time I was in training we did not discuss terrorist attacks at that one time. The point you stated made more sense than goats 2 pennies. Thank you for bringing up a good point.
