So if you go to the xbox store there'll be something you can download called Destiny Collector's Edition Digital Content Pack and that'll give you access to the collectors edition stuff. It should say install when you press A on it. I had the same problem and after reading Apple xSoda's reply I did some digging and found it. Hope this helps.
