Bring back weapon perk/mod reroll
I want to be able to reroll the perks on my weapon again. The gunsmith used to do this for us.
I just found an Auto rifle (grim citizen) which made me think of the days of year 1 destiny, but the perks on the auto rifle...Makes me want to dismantle it. Farming this auto rifle would take forever (rank up in crucible reputation).
