Weapon foundry factions
Work just like a regular faction. Bounties for using their weapons, you can buy full sets if gear from them, and rank ups give you packages.
Faction quest lines
Story missions for each of the current factions that require you to complete tasks in a manner that the faction would do. The end of the quest gives you an exotic weapon quest that gives you an faction exclusive exotic.

I like it, i don't understand that first part there but it is probably just because im tired. If i am understanding it though you want people like the speaker to have a ranking system and reward you just like the factions and vangaurd do. I have asked for those type of things too they could add some pretty cool things that way.

Oh.... that would be sweet, they could have the exotic faction quest line too and instead of a mark as a reward it could be a certain exotic weapon. That would be freaking sweet!!
