The Vex Mythoclast was the epitome of achievement in Y1. Yeah the Necrochasm was cool and the same with the Queen's exotics, but the Vex Mythoclast was pure RnG and gave people a sense of accomplishment. Even using it in Y2 brings back the sense of adventure and achievement that made Y1 so extraordinary and worth the grind (especially using the VM in the Crucible ;)). The Vex was my favorite exotic and is in the best place to be brought back in Y2. I don't think it's overpowered or underpowered. We all want elemental primary's to return for Y2 and the introduction of a solar Y2 weapon would really help the player base in Nightfall's and just in general. It would increase the need of going back to the VoG (and if you add Necrochasm - Crota's End). The old raids would be relevant again WITHOUT the need to update their difficulty and without adding Taken. In all, bringing back the old raid exotics would make old raids relevant again and make everyone grind for those weapons again. Making Necrochasm just DROP in Crota's end would make it easier and more people will grind that weapon as well. With Necrochasm fixed and updated right before Y2, it would be a great addition to Y2. PLEASE BRING THE WEAPONS BACK SO WE CAN GET THEM Y2. If you want, make them drop Y1 levels in the raids and we can just purchase the Y2 version from the kiosk or make them drop Y2 if you want.
