That is what I'm saying. Extended time for Blessing is seriously completely -blam!-ing worthless. The buff is MEANT to get shot off you and absorb the first few bits of damage, keeping you alive longer. It never makes it to its [u]current[/u] expiration time, unless it was worthless anyway. So pushing the expiration time out doesn't do a damn thing. Weapons make more sense, as it doesn't get negated 5 seconds after leaving the Ward, but its still only valuable in a VERY small portion of gameplay -namely Raid and Strike bosses. Outside of those, the other 98% of gameplay, its worthless. Its a bad exotic, it needs a buff. And since the other crap exotics from TDB all got buffs, Glasshouse really ought to get one too.
