A president with political experience who is an LGBT ally and seems to be liked by other world leaders that aren't warzone hotspots or leaders of communist nations. Or a person who has absolutely no experience in politics, only says what is on his mind as his form of appeal, and someone who wants to have a ban on a religion and its followers from entering the USA. It's really hard to decide, isn't it?

TBH, I like Obama bettee, but I guess each politician has their strong and weak points. With Trump, I just see way too many weak spots.

  • If he becomes president with absolutely no experience in politics, I should be able to work as a neurosurgeon with absolutely no experience in neurosurgery. But, if he does get chosen as the Republican nominee, chances are, he's going to lose by a landslide. There are much more young people who are politically active this year compared to previous years, and I'm glad that younger people are actively voicing their opinion in politics through voting. Many of my good friends that live in Hawaii decided to caucus the first time since we met back in 2010. A lot of them caucused for Sanders, and only one caucused for Clinton. The remaining have said they caucused for Kasich, since Trump and Cruz are detriments to the Republican nomination: One is a businessman turned extremely unorganized and inefficient politician, and the other is an Evangelical extremist that wants to make it his main priority to inject an established religion into American politics. Kasich isn't bad at all, but he doesn't get enough coverage. Even here, the UC students are very vocal about who they are planning on voting for. I can easily say that no one is going to caucus for Trump at the UC, not even the Republican Club. They were divided up between Cruz and Kasich, but more are siding towards Kasich. The old white people in this town are going to caucus for Trump, however, and that's really sad, but not surprising.
