I know, but you've gotta admit the thought (of any old conversation surfacing) is pretty damned scary. Oh and the "repair" that grandma was mentioning? It used to be called "the happy husband stitch", which in today's society is a very offensive term (for many reasons on many levels), but it is all about how the OB/GYN handles any tearing or the aftermath of an episiotomy. That stitch can be rendered irrelevant with pre-birth stretching (to reduce the risk of tearing or the need for an episiotomy) and replaced by good old pre and postpartum Kegels.
