When I'm in the mood to farm exotics I go to Mars and farm the Taken champions in the Barrens, Hollows, and the Scablands. All three are super easy and can be soloed if there are no other guardians in the area to help out. I usually get an exotic for every 5-6 champions. Also while you are farming the champions some Public events will show up and that is extra Motes of Light as well. Good luck Guardian, may your next exotic decrypt into the Supercell.
