I was trying to come up with a system of weapons could work in Destiny with needing to do to much leg-work or massive overhauling the current system. Thing is, I would love if Destiny's weapons could have mods and attachments, but their system is more internal leveling then external mods. So I was trying to build off of that. Not to say I don't agree with you and that there shouldn't be changes, but I was looking at this from how they use their weapon system now.
