Twilight already has a cooldown after using the dash twice simultaniously but if you mean after one burst and then cooldown, then shadestep would probably get the same nerf. I think that there should be an option for doing Iron Banner Free lance and Flame shield and Force Barrier should BOTH require the kill. Everything else seems fine to me.
