I've been using MIDA since I got it. In year 1. When the Vex Mythoclast (Y2s go "wuts that?") Had a 54rd clip and would 3 shot anyone in crucible. I used MIDA when Thorn would kill with 2 shots + burn. I love being a MIDA troll. Max stability, dance machines, and now, SHADESTEP. It's FUN to use! It's always been one of the most balanced weapons in the game imo.
Tl;dr
Anyone else been using MIDA since it was considered a "waste of an exotic slot"?

I used it casually near the end of HoW but it was tough getting a positive kd against guns that could double your damage in half the time. Still loved using it back then but hated getting wrecked for trying to use something different.

I got the mida as my first exotic... It was in the days of old... The lootcave grew weary and our fireteam was losing hope of the exotic engram being fact... We had shot into the cave for hours on end, only to find the legendary blues.... Then from nowhere the exotic yellow glow filled the cave... That was it I had done it... And it gave me a legendary and one of my legendaries became the mida

I sure have, one of my first exotics! Been playing since release and it was the only gun I could be competitive with during the Suros, Vex mythoclast, shotgun, and then Thorn Meta's... I laugh at all the Mida nerf and "you're a scrub if you use Mida" posts. Been my fav for a long time and it has literally not changed at all

Used it in year one, crucible only...have over 10,000 crucible kills with it.

I got MIDA back from a crucible match in HoW. While I was reluctant to use it, after trying it, I knew I had found my new favorite exotic.
