Not really, lack of custom options destroy custom/forge games and we're not gonna see any creativity out of it.

Do you know anything about Forging? Without robust custom options you can just make Slayer maps pretty much.

Right, but we're not talking about Custom Games, just Forge. I understand the two play on both of each other greatly, but they're still separate things.

It's not really a matter of opinion. The two are completely separate. Now, what is an opinion, is whether or not it's worth using. There's a lot to be upset about, but there's no need to warp the boundaries of things to fit your opinion.
