Introducing: Starside... Maybe?

I've had this idea for a PC only video game for around three years now, so it is a pretty fleshed out idea. This game would be bursting with content, an amazing story, no microtransactions, and free content updates. Please comment and let me know if you think I should start putting a team together, maybe get some crowd funding going on, and just start this thing!
Campaign- The game begins with the player creating a custom character. You can basically select any body part and mold. (This is your character, make it how you want!) You then pick a name, and depending if it's compatible or not, NPCs will call you by that name. (Basically like Fallout 4.) It is open world, but not in the way other games do it. More on this in a bit. In campaign there won't be side quests, but there will be many different collectables to find that will unlock exclusive content in the game. The open worlds are separated into sections separated by cutscenes into the next mission. For instance, one place on a planet will be kind of open world for one mission, and afterwards, a cutscene will happen, and the player will be in another similar, somewhat open world mission. Same for traveling to other planets, and space combat missions. (All of this is so the player can focus on the story and not get sidetracked.) The story will be huge and epic. I basically want to do for video games what The GodFather and Star Wars did for movies. Free Roam- This is where the player can go back to those worlds from the campaign, and explore all they want. This is where all of the side quests, and other end game content are at. It's your story from that moment on. PvP- The PvP is a completely different experience. It is arena based multiplayer, with many classic and new, unique game modes never before seen in a PvP experience. The many different weapons that will have unique stats in every other aspect of the game, will be completely balanced and perform the same. The only differences are the way they look. Map control and teamwork will also be extremely vital to winning a match. In all game modes, there will be different points on each map that each team can fight for to get the best possible power weapon and ability drops. Testing Grounds- This is a mode solely designed for practice. Here, you can set up custom firing ranges to test new weapons, start a wave based horde mode simulation, test out new ships in a space map against targets, or practice your PvP skills against bots. Gameplay- There will be a new gameplay experience using peripheral vision. It's exactly what it sounds like; you can see more of your surroundings. You can also see more than hands and a gun, you see arms and even the upper part of your character's body. (Kind of like real life!) When you look down, you see more than legs, you see your whole body! Moving on, there will be a dual wielding feature with smaller guns. Reloading will be working differently than other shooters. Let's say you have a full mag in the gun, but you only shoot half of it and reload. It will be a little more realistic, and make you lose the other half of that bit of ammo with the mag. This way, the player will have to use strategy and conserve ammo. Shooting itself, will be like most other shooters. Same for ship combat. (Think Halo: Reach and Rogue Squadron 2.) Other Features- There will be a ton of different armor, ships, and weapons to loot off of enemies and to find and earn through challenges and events. Each unlockable will have its own perks and upgrades to use in most modes.
