I've been a member of Dead Orbit for about two months and I have to say the process of raising my factions reputation has been a tedious one. I actually prefer the old system where once you've pledged yourself to a faction all of your reputation goes to your faction. I am aware you can exchange materials for reputation but they are all items that I need and so far the rewards for raising my factions reputation has not been worth the items I've been giving up to do so. I believe my factions reputation is at 7 or 8 I'm not really sure. I want to unlock the Dead Orbit Quest and I'm looking at maybe another three months of grinding to get my reputation high enough to unlock the quest. There simply is not enough content here to keep me entertained for that long. After two months the game has already become too repetitive.
