I agree with this completely. Plus, I have killed more plenty of sun breakers just by jumping around them. And as a Titan, I have noticed then when I activate sun reader, I many times rush somewhere only to get team shot, supered, or shot in the back. There are plenty of ways to counter a sunbreaker, you just can't get mad the second one kills you because all you tried to do was shoot it. It just simply takes a smarter play style, and also a lot of running away.
