100% of people agree with this QUIT BEING LAZY DESTINY AN BRING THE YEAR 1 raids to year 2 also...I mean we dropped like 100$ to play those, can't they just have a lvl 42 heroic lvl an bring the gear to year 2 specs

They'd have to modify the weapon perks. Y1 Fatebringer and Black Hammer would never get Y2 status and would probably have their perks altered, and the elemental damage from all the Primaries would be removed. It'd take time to actually make Y2 VoG and CE.

They nerfed black hammer in year one just have to drop the elemental damage on Ce weapons an change the exotic drops
