This is the next major update to Destiny, coming.... well, to be honest? Probably never We have heard of your compalins. Being the gods of tghis world, we will have the next rolling changes coming... well, you know Changes: Tower - Added a station to read the grimore cards, which you can also express your beliefs on them with other guardians, drinking hot chocolate and reading Grimore Cars. Also has Full HD Video Animation, and a Hearing option for the blind. - Added a firing range, where you can test ANY weapon from the game. The weapon can be brought with legendary marks. Perks may bary, but you can change them - Added a movie theather, where you can see tournaments, your games or other people games. You can bet, but betting its ONLy on live games. Games already played cans till be betted, but for small prices - Added a board section, where you put your events and Public events from Bungie. - Added a place where you can sit down and talk with others. - Added a Mentor section, where players can teach others for a small playment and reward to the mentor. There is also NPCs which will only show you strageties - Collections of Weapons and Armor now apply for Legendary Weapons from Vanilla, Expansion I, Expansion II and Destiny: The Taken King. - Vault Space its unlimited. It now has sections (Example: Expansion I weapons --> Legendaries --> Primaries --> Auto Rifles) - People can paint The Last City walls. - You can talk with NPCs to get information of them.. - Added a "FriendShip" rank with other NPCs, which if you build up your friendship, you can get discounted/free Items, Exclusive items that can't be buyable, and quests. - Xur now has 3x items to sell, and quests. Player Character - All guardians can reach Level 40 and Light Level 220 without Destiny: The Taken King. - Player can decrypt engrams from the ship, but its recommended to go to The Cryptarch, because your hands may.... you don't want to know. - You can change dances, sitting and waving animations from the Options menu. - Players can change races by 3,000 glimmer to cover the costs. Public Events - New public events has been added, Major and Minor. Major ones are for example, The cabal has made an all out assault to the tower/reef! Up to 100 guardians must defend it at all cost, with key points to defend. Fail to do so.... - Minor events: You are, patrolling in Patrol (See what I did there?) when you see a Fallen Ship too close to the surface, but it doesn't attack you. You follow it, to find out it has a mission guardian it. Te guardian its an Actual Player, and if you don't save him/her, the Guardian then spawns in a undisclosed Location, with a mission to escape alive. - Minor events awards with you either 5 coins, One legendary engrams and 10,000 XP. Major events awards with you possible exotics, new exotic parts for a quest, new missions. Patrol - All enemies are 10 light level points lower, to make sure the area is dangerous to make the experience be more enjoyable. - Fireteams of 6 are now supported for Patrol on all Destinations. To balance this, enemies are 4 light levels above you. New missions to be pursued, from Defending a town from Cabal, rescue guardians, make a small attack on the enemy bases with your friends, to stealth missions. - Minor public events can have up to 6 guardians at the time. Major public events suport from 24 - 100, depending on the Event. You can start missions during patrol. Crucible - Added private matches to play with your friends, with full custom gamemodes options. - Forge added, in beta form. - Added new gamemodes: Faction Wars, Armantenium, Siege and Scavenger. - Combined Arms updated for 24 v 24 battes with vehicle warfare involved. New land, sea and air vehicles and maps come into play. (PS4 and XBOX ONE only. PS3 and XBOX 360 get 12 v 12 battles) - Doubles, Mayhem Clash and Combined Arms are core playlist. - Elimination has been added to the classic playlist as a core playlist. No Expansion Required to play. - When Iron Banner and Trials of Osiris comes around, there will be 2 versions: One for Destiny: The Taken King and For people without it. - Added Ranking System, similar to Halo 3. - Added a penalty if player quits more than 2 games in a row. Penalty may vary. - Added a Fun! playlsit, where crazy stuff its put on for a week from the community Crucible Gamemodes - Scavenger: Prepare yourself guardians, to see how resourceful you are. Find weapons and armor to ensure your survival. Class abilities are disabled. - Armantenium: Grab the sword, and kill guardians with it. Defend your swordbearer - Faction Wars: Show your loyalty to your Faction in this gamemode. Massive 24 v 24 v 24 battles with vehicle warfare involved in Land, Sea and Air. New bounties to be included. (C - Siege: From the defender to the attacker, prepare yourself to take control of maps. Defender must defend the building from the attacker, while atatcker must control the building. Scale walls, destroy enviorements, go stealth mode, make a head on assault on the front door, go underground, disguise, and many more to be done. New maps and Vehicles warfare come into play. Player count vary from 6 v 6, 12 v 12, 24 v 24 or 32 v 32 Bounties - New crucible factions bounties added for Faction Wars. Examples: "FOR THE MONARCHY!": Go mark of the unbroken as New Monarchy - New crucible bounties for the new gamemodes - New Vanguard Bounties for challenges - Now up to 40 can be carried - XP and reputation are equals to Factions Vanguard - All year 1 strikers added to Strikes playlist - Materials can be exchanged for Reputation - New challenges modes: Go against teams for leaderboards, with rewards. - Edit and create your OWN strikes.
