People reported me for bad connection saying I was lag switching.. It was just my network
-
To be fair if you have a bad connection and lag a lot, and then reported you for 'bad connection' it sounds like they reported you for exactly what it says.
-
"NO RAGRETS" OP has no regrets from posting this. Not even a single letter.
-
You can get banned for having McDonald's connection though
-
How do you know you have been reported?
-
I have never reported anyone until today for a bad connection. Guy was running a sidearm and dismantled my entire team once we went up 4-1. We couldn't even hit him. It may have been just a poor connection but it was pretty damn frustrating
-
Good u report all 're bats cause they shouldn't be allowed in crucible
-
My favorite type of players are the ones with network issues that take the time in the middle of a match to blame you for a lag switch. Bonus points if they use proper grammar and spelling and it's not a voice message
-
then don't play pvp until your internet problems are fixed. Problem solved
-
Then get a better network?
-
You should post to the help forum and maybe just maybe a Bungie employee will see it and grow a heart and suggest dedicated servers for us all.

Edited by Wren: 11/10/2015 12:47:16 PMSorry. The Bungie Police are coming for you now. Surrender without protest.

Well, the option is right there... Bad connection... ~TheGreatNike

Good thing! If you plan on playing crucible then make sure you have a good connection. Having a bad connection benefits you and not your opponent. Having a good connection benefits everyone in the game because otherwise you'd be skipping everywhere.
-
If you felt the need to come to the forums and plead your case, you were probably actually lag switching and trying to make an excuse here to seem less guilty. If not, stop using subway's wifi for your xbox
-
Then fix your network. Problem solved.
-
Ping lock (probably) would've prevented that.
-
We can report for bad connection
-
Well it is an option for reporting a player, get over it
-
Its funny how I ran into a Trials group last night full of 3 people just like you. And you know what? i still beat them. And reported them. I hate having to correct for lag AND dominate...
-
Then don't play , you deserve the report. You get on with bad connection is just ruining others' gaming experience.
-
bad networks should be an arrestable offense.
-
Liable to be reported
-
I hate playing with people with poor connections. It's like asking a friend for a ride somewhere important, but he picks you up on a moped.
-
Just saying, but bad connection is a reportable offense. They even said it
-
Edited by Sage 13: 11/9/2015 10:43:15 PMWell, it says you're doing fine, so I wouldn't worry.
But yeah, connection issues are always iffy with Bungie.
