no time to explain doesnt shoot faster, and it actually has slightly less damage. the no time to explain fires at the same speed as the red death, full auto just eliminates the human error in time between bursts.

I feel like it shoots way faster. I only assume this seeing as how when I compared them they were exactly the same on stats except for the fact that the rate of fire was higher.

http://db.planetdestiny.com/items/weapons/primary/pulse?tier=16 compare them here, its stats are correct as for them having the same impact on here though, i wouldnt doubt that bungie lowered the PVP damage of NTTE by 1, kinda like how they made ToM only have a 1.5x modifier on the last shot instead of 2x. or iould just be wrong and they have the same damage, NTTE has 32 to the head normaly or 33 with accurized ballitics, but red death does have high caliber rounds aswell.
