This just in. The Flood App... ...IS OUT!
The Forum App has been approved as is now out and ready for sale.

This is a lot to ask, but maybe you should consider making this app open-source. There's are a handful of people on this site who are really good at coding and very active in the forums. Some of them come to this group: [url]http://www.bungie.net/fanclub/insidethemachine/Group/GroupHome.aspx[/url] So if you want to make it happen, your best shot is to upload the sourcecode there and talk to those people.

Kewl first step. Here's a list of improvements. (because that's what everyone who has created an app wants, right? :P) Don't load pics. And if you feel that pictures are necessary, make your own iphone adapted background and don't use the fullscreen made for computer screens. You can't store avatars (unless you DL them first), so ditch them, altogether. Make use of the screen. As it looks now I might as well open up safari and surf to the flood. We only need the essentials for a homescreen; Topic name, that's it. (not memes) Make rid of the upper green bar. We only need one. Sign in button, as Duardo said. There seems to be a glitch when you press "<" and ">". I get a message saying I have no internet connection whenever I press those buttons. Add a stop button. Sorry if this makes you sad, but honestly, I could use safari to get a less buggy experience. [Edited on 08.20.2009 9:28 AM PDT]

If you want to continue using your apps on your iPod Touch, you will HAVE to update at some point because all apps will require it soon, just like games require Vista over XP. A useless upgrade, is just slapping 3.0 on the 2.0 firmware, which was not the case. In this case, the 3.0 SDK allows developers to add many more features to apps, which the average Joe, may or may not see. And Mordicaii, probably used some of those features, in order to make this app possible. And I'm not saying Vista is a useless upgrade. It does genuinely add new features. Although, Vista is far more expensive than a $10 upgrade, which is what, two footlongs at Subway (which sound awfully good right now). And you having an opinion doesn't make you ass-wipe, being an ass-wipe, makes you an ass-wipe. Which quite frankly, I will admit, I was being one somewhat.
