Is anyone else able to get the quest from the fwc lady its not letting me

The second part of the quest is not available immediately. Probably after the weekly reset :) -
Yeah and i go to the war cult lady to give her the ghost and pledge i got over 2k rep and still nothing

You have to wait until weekly reset .
