anyone at bungie care to explain why a 170 ice breaker is able to 1 shot head shot as well as 1 hit revive. there is a couple others and its quite frustrating to deal with. Edit: so it has come to my attention that older weapons are re-appearing into new content because the averaging system allows this to happen with higher light levels, while i did not know this was possible i would like to point out being an ass about it does not help the problem........ [b]but thank you to the ones who gave some information without attitude.[/b] Edit2: newer question does everyone agree that this is ok or that this is totally wrong i would like to hear other peoples opinions on the subject. just a note if this continues thorn may be open for use as well.
