Which is the best and why. ( Not in terms of their armor rankings but in terms of each factions ideals for the city)

2 RepliesFWC. They know what's going to happen, and know what to prepare for. By TTK, the faction got even better. We got vanilla faction gear, insane weapons, and our own exotic gun. But then again, everyone always picks the faction based on color.
