I have never been lucky at getting weapon drops in my many days of game play and have been continuously running out of weapon parts to reforge and upgrade weapons since HOW launched. I want to suggest to Bungie that XUR should sell weapon parts in exchange for 1 strange coin. I personally have an abundance of strange coins and not much to spend them on anymore. [b]How many weapon parts would you be willing to pay 1 strange coin for?[/b] [Edit]: To everyone who thinks the gunsmith should sell them, I completely agree. There are definitely other ways and currencies they can be sold for as well. My thinking behind XUR is that all of us veteran players who have spent all our weapon parts reforging and upgrading weapons also probably have a bunch of strange coins to spend, and he already sells heavy ammo packs so selling weapon parts isn't too far of a stretch. [Edit 10/30/2015]: At the time I originally posted this, it was the House of Wolves expansion, strange coins were abundant, and reforging and upgrading exotics to 365 were eating through weapon parts at high rates. Now in TTK we have the Court of Oryx atleast to quickly farm engrams. I still would like to see weapon parts sold by the gunsmith or have an option to trade in armor parts for weapon parts at the speaker of vanguard and vice versa. But please continue to post ideas cause Bungie nerfing the drop rates is not helping those of us with dwindling supplies of them.
