You have lost connection to the Destiny Servers - after Character selection!

Hello everyone, since after the release of the latest DLC I have a huge problem with Destiny...I simply can't play it anymore. I played HoW after its release (first couple of missions) but than some days later I got the problem which consists till today. When I'm logged in into Destiny and see my character I can select one and then getting stucked...the game is "loading" (bottom right corner icon is doing it's thing) and after a minute or so I get the error message "You have lost connection to the Destiny Servers...." (http://imgur.com/RsCoEn1). Before you now cry do this try that... I have already done mos of the things which you can find when you google the error code up: - (more than) good Internet Connection (beside the fact that he PS4 isn't using it fully) - PS+ is there! - Restart Router - Opened and Forwarded the necessary Ports (even though I haven't done that since release and it worked well without) - Sign In and Out of the PSN - Restore Licenses - Rebuild Data Base - Deactivated and Reactivate the PS4 as your Primary - Change this and that in the Network Settings (I already using the Google DNSs as default) - Systeam and Game are both updated with the latest Updates First I thought it is just a PSN/Bungie Problem but since I have this problem since shortly after the DLC Release I no longer think that. Would be glad to get any help possible to finally play Destiny again!
