I bet Armor Lockers don't even realize how much Bungie is giving them a helping hand with nuanced benefits that come with Armor Lock. You'll never get suprise-ambushed when exiting armor lock, you can look 360 degrees while using it. You get frosting which makes you invunerable when you exit it. You are immune to all plasma grenade attacks, which is silly, because if someone launched a suprise attack at you with a rocket, you would be forced to armor lock before the rocket hits you to survive, but if someone launches a suprise attack at you with a plasma grenade, you don't have to do a thing until after it has already stuck you, because Bungie gave you an extra second for your poor reflexes to catch up with the game. You are immune to all vehicle splatters. People who melee you while you are in armor lock are slowed. You do EMP Damage when you exit Armor Lock. Did you notice that the Paper Designs of any of the other Armor Abillities aren't nearly that detailed and long? Isn't it reasonable for only one or two of those things to go?
