Sorry to hear about the troubles. Could you provide a little more detail? What exactly is the game telling you when you try to launch it? Have you tried [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12181]restoring your licenses[/url] for the content in question? If not, give that a try, and [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12539]clear the cache[/url] on your console. If you cannot find your expansions under your account, you'll need to contact Xbox/Sony support to inquire about that.

  • It's on xbox one. I bought the legendary edition and it came with the code. I was playing and all of a sudden no expansions worked. I already contacted xbox support and they told me to come here.

    Bungie does not have access to your Microsoft account and therefore cannot provide information as to why your expansions stopped working, or "vanished". That would actually be Xbox support's job. In any case, I recommend following the steps above if you haven't. Clear your console cache and attempt to reinstall any content you own from the Marketplace. Hope this helps.
