So Nightstalker has the AWESOME perk of keen scout. Seriously though, I love this perk to death because knowing where your enemy is after being tagged is invaluable.
What plagues Nightstalker is the fact that its super is quite "meh" in the crucible.
As far as gunslinger, it's a slayer, there's no real disadvantage besides YOU DON'T GET KEEN SCOUT, but other than that you're fine.

I voted gunslinger. Night stalker has some good perks like smoke and shade step but lacks a good grenade and the super is situational. I've been wrecked by people who are good with it though. They are both outclassed by sun breaker though ha-ha;)
-
Prefer Nightstalker because them hammers.. They everywhere man…
-
Umm? Bladedancer?
-
Blade dancer. The other two feel too much pve geared.
-
Nightstalkers keen scout has made it possible for me to literally go around a corner and shoot a guy where i wouldnt be able to any other way because i dont know where he is
-
Nightstalker+Graviton+Quiver = Best.
-
Night stalker has the best pvp kit imo
-
Nightstalker is going to be the bomb for trials! Combining shadestep, smoke grenades and keen scout is going to make it easy to get Rezs and know where your enemy is at all times!
-
For 6v6 gunslinger. For 3v3 night stalker just because the passive are so good
-
I love when hunters run keen scout. Have fun using it in trials and trying to sneak attack anyone
-
Tripmines>better than any grenade on nightstalker. The classes are both great for different reasons and have different purposes all together. That being said for straight killing things gunslinger>nightstalker. Supporting your team and shutting down supers, nightstalker>gunslinger.
-
Nightstalker for control and gunslinger for clash in my opinion. Nightstalker has amazing zone control with smoke bombs and vortex grenades
-
I like nightstalkers more to play with as I find there ult to be much more team friendly and easier to pull off
-
It's still all 'bout dat Bladedancer, yo.

Edited by PigeonPosse: 10/18/2015 6:47:22 PMEvade and keen scout is a FANTASTIC combo. At first I never used my Evade but I got so used it that it is hard to get out of the habit

Quiver=gunslinger
-
The Symbiote better become a year 2 exotic I still find it funny that people come running out when I fire 3 shots and they never knew what hit them when I fire the next one
-
They are both really solid build the biggest thing though to me is that night stalker is a lot more mobile and can be invisible so you have a lot more defensive abilities while the gunslinger is strictly offensive so it all depends on what your setup is personally I'd say go night stalker K/d is super important in any match to me it's all about being active
-
Ending supers, worth it, golden gun doesn't kill a sun breaker so that's the only turn off for me or I would pick golden gun
-
Gunslinger + Stillpiercer Golden gun, throwing knives, and enhanced radar (albeit only when holding your sniper rifle)
