Bungie You Promised RNG Would be Better
Over the few times Xur has sold Helm Emgrams, I've bought as many as I was comfortable with. This amounted to about 12.
After decrypting said engrams, I've ended up with 1 Mask of the Third Man, 2 Insurmountable Skullforts, and 8 Empyrean Bellicose.
What happened to, "You have a better chance of getting items you don't have? Bought three more today and got 2 more Empyrean Bellicose. I decrypted those 3 on my hunter btw.
All I want is a Graviton Forfeit.
