After spending quite a bit of time in the raid over the past two weeks and getting over my immediate obsession with the nightstalker subclass, I started to use gunslinger with Celestial Nighthawk today and immediately wondered why I hadn't done this earlier. I hit Golgoroth for 158,000+ damage just with golden gun, before unloading my usual salvo of sniper and LMG rounds. IMO, the best combination of subclasses for the raid are:
2 Defender Titans (preferably with Glasshouse or Saint-14) - Weapons of Light is a must have for the DPS-fest that is King's Fall. With 2 of these babies running around, you'll most likely always have the buff when it's needed, and some protection to go along with it.
2 Nightstalker Hunters - The damage buff given by the bow is too much to pass up on. Always make sure to have at least one in your squad. The orb generation is ridiculous with Light of the Pack active as well, even though the bow is often better off being used on an Ultra. Stay away from the Blood Bound perk, and if using Quiver, make sure you land all three arrows in a cadence so the buff will last longer and you can DPS as well.
1 Gunslinger Hunter (Celestial Nighthawk required) - The amount of damage that one Golden Gun shot can do with both weapons of light and a nightstalker tether active is ridiculous (see opening paragraph). This raid is all about DPS when it boils down to it, and this Gunslinger build will out DPS everyone in the fire team.
1 Stormcaller Warlock - This subclass is unprecedented when it comes to short range add control. I wouldn't say it's a must have, but it makes the swarming adds of the Golgoroth, Daughters, & Oryx encounters easier to handle. I know it must be scary, but put Fireborn away and think aggressive offense.
So there it is.. Sorry Warlocks.
Im not really that sorry.
If you want to maximize the DPS on a boss with shadowshot, I would go with black hole and lock down. Making it last longer is great, plus on the ogre fight, it'll reach to the cursed Thralls, making an orb for every one of them that goes down.

Boys to Men, ABC, BBD..... The east coast family

No need for titans or warlocks, the best team would be 6 golden gun hunters.

Two defenders might be overkill. Since everyone is so stuck on the new subs we never have a defender and we have full cleared 6 or 7 times. Now I'm sad thinking how much easier it would be with defenders. #hammerssuck

Sounds pretty solid
