Warning: This post is solely meant for complaining about the stupid Crucible so I can relieve stress and feel a little better about how much I hate everyone that plays it
I hate Crucible so much. Not the concept of the multiplayer, but the people that play it. I hate all of you. And don't just say "Don't play Crucible" because i would very much rather play PvE because it's actually fun. The ONLY reason I'm even playing Crucible is because of these stupid quests that I want off my quest log and the one for the Chaperone. However I can't even get these freaking quests done because the only thing you troglodytes ever use are shotguns, and nothing but. You all sprint and slide with shotguns, jump and blink with shotguns, hide around corners with shotguns, you start getting your asses beat you turn and high tail it out of there and hide. And when you're not using shotguns, you're using your super on 1 person just so you don't die instead of taking the loss. None of you play to have fun. You play to win and ruin the fun of others. And it very much pisses me off. So thank you all and have a nice day.

To all of you calling me salty or a "whiny bitch", like the post says, i made this to feel better and so i wouldn't go mental and throw my game out the window. It's a thing called "venting". It's a beautiful thing that lowers stress. You should all try it. It comes in the form yelling, complaining, etc.
And before those of you which i like te refer to as the "profile snoopers" start going on about how i have more kills with shotguns than any other thing, let me educate you.
1. EVERY SINGLE TIME i go to the crucible for any reason, i get pissed, and when i get pissed, i equip my "rage loadout" which includes 1 Invective and 1 Atheons Epilogue.
2. Whenever my nephews come over to visit, the little effers are so cute i let them play whatever they want on my Playstation and it's always Minecraft and destiny and when it's destiny, they play crucible and run shotguns and i bug them about it every time i come in to check on them

Ok I'm gonna give u a hint on how to do the chaperone quest go into classic 6v6 equip the tlw only when u get heavy hide till everyone else use their heavy now go out get some kills and then unequip tlw it won't be easy and will take time but you'll get it

I feel this pain so much, I hate crucible as well and if it weren't for the quests dragging me back into it's dark depths I wouldn't bother with the thing and avoid it like the plague. Yet here I am again and again like some kind of masochist shoving myself into the deep end just so I can get a quest done, in which case here it's one where I need to pick up and deliver a spark in rift and win three matches of it. Yet I can't cause I am terrible at it and just can't get there without someone camping along the way and one shotting me with a shotgun.

If people shotgun slide learn to defend against it. If you are a player that likes the "run and gun" play style then you will probably lose to shotgun sliders unless you shotgun slide as well. Try equipping a scout rifle for ranged shots and a shotgun for close quarters. Pull your shotgun out when you don't have a choice, but otherwise keep your scout up, look for long shots, don't let yourself get cornered, learn to use the vertical aspect of the playing field (makes shotguning much harder), learn the mechanics of the game (how people jump move slide blink etc), and don't fight losing battles; there is nothing wrong with "turning tail" when you are about to die. When the enemy plays hard you can play harder or play smarter. It's your choice but venting won't make you better. Try asking for tips, watching now videos of crucible matches, etc. Observe, learn, replicate, destroy, enjoy.

I agree with you man. When I was running with the thorn and invective bounties, the crucible really pissed me off too.i kept getting killed by -blam!-ing shotguns around every damn corner. I even got some hate mail one match for some reason... After I completed those 2 bounties and had some real badazz pvp guns things changed because for me, the crucible is just for lulz now I don't play with a mad passion like these damn blinking shotty kids who slide and tea bag you when you're dead. My advise would be to hang back and try not to storm the trenches.play more methodically and whatever you do do not scream poop at the top of top of your lungs [spoiler]im the conductor of the poop train![/spoiler] £ its over idiot £

I know how you feel. You know what shotgunners hate most though? Snipers. I've gotten hate mail on a few occasions now from shotgunners raging. One guy said I was cheating because I killed him three times in a row with a sniper. lol Seriously though- it will make you feel 10 times better. Even if you only get 4 or 5 kills in one game try to single out the shotgunners..it's hilarious.

I cant even play pvp anymore, seems like my team gets dumber and dumber and the enemy team gets better and better. I always do well but my team ALWAYS does so bad its become impossible to carry them and i just dont have the patience or respect to do so anymore

Shadowstalker + smoke grenade + enemy marking + fusion rifle. Preemptive shooting to kill will wipe out them nublords :P

Of course I play to win, I don't ever play to lose. If I lose oh well, shit happens. You can't win them all. Winning is one of the ways I have fun on Destiny honestly. I'm very competitive. I love playing crucible and the fluid mechanics Destiny offers in general. It's one of the main reasons why I came back to playing Destiny after a 4-6 months hiatus.
