So those sound issues aren't just me? Wow. Thx for this I thought servers or something was the issue.
Any response from Bungie on the faction dialogue or sound issues in the tower?

Haven't seen a response from Bungie, but after nearly a week of no faction dialogue, I went to the tower an hour ago and everyone was talking to me like normal! Hideo was talking crap about FWC and Dead Orbit, and all was right in the world.
